In theory, I’ve set the blog up so any group member can post to it. If you have trouble, let me know and I’ll see what I can do. The blog is a great place to post announcements, pictures of your center, special events, etc. If you’ve read a journal article or a piece in the Chronicle that’s relevant to academic support services and you want to blog about it, do it here! Have you been to a conference? Learned something new you want to share? Blog about that here, too!

We sent an emailing to learning center directors and tutor coordinators on every CUNY campus inviting them to join the Group and also mentioning the blog. Unfortunately, response was minimal, but it may just be that people are extremely busy at the beginning of the semester. I’m hoping more people will trickle in as they have a chance to review their non-urgent emails later in the semester. Thanks for your support!
